An account built around the thing you were going to do anyway.

You hold positions. You spend money. gether is the layer that connects the two without making you close one to fund the other.

the account, end to end

Eight stages, and none of them is an application review.

  1. 01

    Connect an eligible account

Bring in the tokenized stocks, crypto and cash you already hold. Connecting shows the positions; it commits none of them.

  2. 02

    Understand what is eligible

Eligibility is per asset, decided by the collateral catalog. What is not in the catalog cannot support spending, and what is in it counts at its own rate.

  3. 03

    Receive a ceiling that moves

Lock the positions you choose and the ceiling appears. It is recalculated as prices move rather than being set once and reviewed later.

  4. 04

Add the card to a mobile wallet

The card lives in the app and in your phone's wallet. Freeze it, set a spend limit, and allow or block online and international purchases.

  5. 05

    Make purchases

Each charge is checked against available spending power and the health guardrail, then approved or declined. Nothing is sold to fund it.

  6. 06

    Track utilization

How much of the ceiling is in use, with the three figures behind it always visible: in use, available and the ceiling itself.

  7. 07

    Repay on your terms

Pay on a schedule the account suggests or by hand. Every repayment restores the same amount of spending power immediately.

  8. 08

    Respond to health changes

A thinning cushion produces a notification with the exact amount that restores it, well before the guardrail is reached.

six numbers, not two

The words the account uses, and what each one actually counts.

Read the plain sentence. Open the detail only if you want the arithmetic behind it.

Portfolio value

$84,250

Everything you hold, whether or not you have locked it.

View technical detail

The sum of every position at its reference price. This is the number your brokerage would show you. On its own it supports no spending at all, because locking is a separate decision.

Eligible collateral

$73,810

The market value of the positions you have locked.

View technical detail

Positions you have not locked count for nothing here. Positions in assets the catalog does not carry cannot be locked at all. This figure is at full market value: no haircut has been applied yet.

Spending power

$47,955

Eligible collateral after each asset takes its own haircut. The ceiling.

View technical detail

Every locked position is multiplied by its own rate and the results are added. Assets the catalog carries no explicit rate for take the default of 70 percent. Today the catalog applies USDC 90%, WETH 70%, CBBTC 70%, AAPLX 50%.

Drawn balance

$29,555

What you have spent and not yet repaid.

View technical detail

It rises with each approved charge and falls with each repayment, and it accrues a carrying cost while it is outstanding. The disclosure figure for that cost is 18 percent a year; the rate on a given account is set on that account and is not quoted here.

Utilization

62%

The share of the ceiling that is in use.

View technical detail

Drawn balance divided by spending power. It is a proportion, not a grade: nothing about the account gets worse because the proportion is higher, and nothing here is reported to a credit bureau as a score.

Account health

2.50x

How far the locked collateral is above the drawn balance.

View technical detail

Eligible collateral divided by the drawn balance. Above 1.5 the cushion is comfortable. Below it the account is in Watch, which is informational. At 1.25 new charges are declined and holdings can be sold to settle the balance. This is the number the guardrail is set against.

Figures on this page describe one example account at the reference prices the pricing engine carries. They are an illustration of how the account works, not an offer, a quote, or anyone's balance.

the same account, three ways

Positions, the rule applied to them, and what is left to spend.

Eligibility and collateral value are not fixed. They move with price, and with the haircut each asset takes.

What you spend

Eligibility, rates and approval are decided by the account at the time, not by this page. Nothing here is an offer of credit or a commitment to accept a particular asset.

Put it against your own portfolio.

Tell us what you hold and what you spend, and we will come back to you when access opens.
